Vivat Bacchus (Farringdon)

I recently visited Vivat Bacchus in Farringdon for a client do. As it was more of a casual affair we just had meat and cheese platters and had some recommended wine by one of the knowledgeable waiters. There has been some debate over whether mouldy cheeses are gluten-free. It is still not quite clear to me whether such cheeses are safe for coeliacs but lucky for me I don’t like mouldy cheeses so I always avoid them.

The platters were gluten-free as long as you didn’t eat the crackers (or mouldy cheese). They also have a cheese room which for a cheese lover would be heaven! The menu its looks tasty and I’d like to go back to have an opportunity to sample it.
