Peppermint creams dipped in chocolate

Perfect for an after dinner treat!

Peppermint cream ingredients:

230g icing sugar (sieved)

110g condensed milk

1tsp peppermint extract

50g chocolate (melted)

edible glitter

Peppermint cream method:

1. Little by little mix the icing sugar into the condensed milk and peppermint extract. Mix well.

2. Knead the mixture until firm (add a little more icing sugar if needed). Put cling film onto the kitchen bench and roll out to about 1/2 cm thick and cut with the small cookie cutter. Put shapes onto a plate covered in cling film and leave to dry (may need to turn over).

3. Dip half of the creams in the melted chocolate and put on baking paper to set. Sprinkle with edible glitter and put in the fridge.
