Chocolate fudge

An easy fudge recipe that is also yummy. It can be dressed up to look impressive!

Chocolate fudge ingredients:

400g milk or dark chocolate (broken up into small pieces)

1 can of condensed milk (397g)

25 g butter

100g icing sugar

chopped nuts

Chocolate fudge method:

1. Melt chocolate, butter and condensed milk together in a saucepan over a medium heat stirring frequently.

2. Sieve the icing sugar and add to the melted mixture and mix well.

3. Put mixture into a tin and flatten with a back of the spoon. At this point you can ‘dress it up’ by adding nuts and edible glitter. Put the tin into the  fridge until cold/set. Then voila, done!
